I believe your body is perfect for this process & that my role is to help you tune in to the overt & subtle body messages that will ease your way. Being in touch with your body & baby is one of the most valuable tools you can have for creating a healthy & joyful birthing experience. Receiving massage by a knowledgeable practitioner is a safe, healthy & pleasurable way to practice being present with your body & baby while inviting peace & relaxation into your life.

Pregnancy Massage Packages
MAMA MASSAGE PACKAGE $290
Take care of yourself during this important time of life with therapeutic massage specifically designed to ease the common discomforts of pregnancy and postpartum. This package includes 3 prenatal office visits 60 minutes each plus 1 postpartum home visit for 90 minutes.
EARLY LABOR SUPPORT $165
Is your body warming up to labor? Is your doctor or midwife telling you to stay home, relax, and get some sleep? This is the perfect time to get a massage! I will come to you either at home, at the birthing center, or at the hospital to give you a 90 minute bodywork session. I am on call for you 24 hours a day starting 2 weeks prior to your due date.
CONTINUOUS LABOR SUPPORT $250-400
Skilled touch by a caregiver who is familiar with birth and trusts the natural birthing process can greatly improve your entire birth experience. I meet with you prenatally to go over your birth plan and massage needs. I am on call 24 hours a day starting 2 weeks prior to your due date. I arrive when you call me in labor and stay until after the baby is born.
POSTPARTUM MASSAGE $115
The recovery period after birth can be emotionally and physically challenging, which is why massage is so important during this time. Postpartum massage helps muscles and abdominal organs regain their pre-pregnancy state, while caring touch eases the nervous system and facilitates the transition to life with your new baby. Sessions occur in your home and usually last 90 minutes. I plan on being there for 2 hours so that you can nurse the baby during that time.
ULTIMATE CARE PACKAGE $775
Go ahead . . . this is a special time and you deserve it. For the ultimate in perinatal massage care, you get 9 prenatal office massages for 60 minutes each plus 1 early labor massage on site for 90 minutes plus 1 postpartum massage at home for 90 minutes.
